The Kelly House Duplex Units offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared Laundry, and houses 4 students on the ‘A’ side and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, shared Laundry and houses 2 students on the ‘B’ side. The units have air conditioning, and are non-smoking and are about a 7-minute walk to the Penn State Altoona Campus
